Step 1: Go to the Accela website for public use (listed above). Once you go to the website, you will land on the page pictured below.
Step 2: If this is your first time logging into Accela, you will need to create an account. Once you follow the steps to create an account, then you will need to login.
Step 3: Once you log into your account, you should see the below screen.
Step 4: Click on "Environmental Health" in the gray tab.
Step 5: After selecting "Environmental Health" you will need to read and accept the terms. If you accept, click on the box that you accept the terms and then click "Continue Application."
Step 6: You will now need to "Select a Record Type" based on the type of license application you need. The license applications are broken down in different sections. To expand a section to see all available applications, please select the drop down arrow to the left of the section name.
Step 7: Once you select your application type, please click "Continue Application."
Step 8: Begin the application process. Enter in all information required by the * symbol and click "Continue Application" to move through the steps. If you have any questions, please contact us at 740-942-2616 and ask for assistance with an Accela application.
